Rental & Lease

What is the difference between renting and leasing a coffee machine?

For Cuco Coffee, rental and lease are very similar. Both give you a fully supported machine with servicing included. The difference is mainly financial structure, not the service you receive.

We operate a 3-month initial term, which acts as an extended trial period. After this, the agreement moves into a rolling 12-month term, so you are never locked into something overly restrictive. This reflects our confidence in the service we provide.

Yes. We offer a 1-week free trial so you can experience the machine, drinks, and service in your own office before committing.

We work with customers to review what suits them best at that point, whether that is upgrading, renewing, or continuing. The approach is flexible and based on your needs.

We always aim to work with customers where possible. Terms depend on the agreement, but the approach is practical and solution-focused.

Yes. As your team grows or usage changes, we can upgrade or adjust your setup.

No. Installation, setup, and onboarding are included.

Generally yes as an operating expense, but this should be confirmed with your accountant.

What is included in the monthly rental fee?

Beans are supplied separately so you only pay for what you use, giving better cost control and quality consistency.

We supply:

Which coffee machine is right for my office size?

– 18–32 staff: Cuco 50

– 32–55 staff: Cuco 100

– 55+ staff: Cuco 200

We base this on actual usage as well as team size to ensure the right fit.

All machines are designed for high-volume office use, typically producing between 50 and 200+ drinks per day depending on the model.

All your favourites, such as Americano, Cappuccino, Flat White, Latte, Espresso, Hot Chocolate, Macchiatos, Iced Coffee variations, enough to keep the biggest coffee aficionado in your office happy.

We offer both mains-fed and tank options, depending on your office setup.

This varies depending on the machine. We have multiple models designed to suit different office sizes, so we match the footprint to your team and space.

Servicing & Maintenance

What does the weekly service visit include?

– Full deep clean of the machine

We provide rapid-response support and will attend quickly to resolve any issue.
